Throughout her 30-year career in financial services, Liz has built a reputation for leading transformational change, building high-performing teams, and delivering strong business results across wealth management, asset management, and retail banking. Through her collaborative leadership style and passion for innovation, she has helped organizations transform operations, enhance advisor and client experiences, and support sustainable growth.
Liz joined iA Wealth in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice-President, Digital & Operational Transformation for iA Private Wealth and Richardson Wealth. In these roles, she oversees the firm’s digital strategy, operational transformation, and advisor enablement efforts, equipping advisors with the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
Prior to joining iA Wealth, Liz spent 26 years at TD Bank, where she held progressively senior leadership roles across strategy, transformation, product management, operations, agile delivery, and business development. She holds a degree in Economics and Business from York University and has earned several professional designations and certifications, including CFP®, CIM®, LLQP, and SAFe® Agilist.
